In today’s world, for example, in mainstream health care, we often don't incorporate Spirit (it’s practically a taboo topic). Understandably for many people, the concept of Spirit has become lost and even feared in our modern way of life. I want to change this ... let’s talk about Spirit, baby!
Part of my purpose in life is to help people connect with Spirit in tangible ways through the body. When our bodies are supported, well cared for and feeling good, Spirit, or life force energy, flows freely expressing our true nature, our optimal selves.
The essence of what I offer is presence and powerful, simple ways to feel the flow of Spirit though touch, slowing down, gentle movement, breath, stillness, playfulness, laughter, art, and guided meditations.

What does Spirit mean to you? For me, Spirit is:

- Consciousness – the part of “me” that continues after I die.
- Nature – air, water, animals, plants, Earth, the universe, evolution.
- Our deeper meaning and purpose in life.
- Our 'knowing' & un-conditionally loving presence.
Spirit, Energy & Bodywork is suitable for those who have a desire to grow as a person, especially spiritually, to expand awareness, deepen embodied presence, explore greater depth and meaning in life and gain clarity in path and purpose.
