Prayer Hands Ministry (PHM) is a non-profit society of individuals creating a supportive network for those living with chronic pain & ongoing physical illnesses. We coordinate & assist able-bodied & disabled people to help each other. We support relationships that build upon mutual giving & receiving. Those of us enduring ongoing pain & illness have a wealth of empathy, patience (grit), wisdom, creativity & faith to share for the benefit of others, for example, through prayer. PHM makes collaborative connections between those who need practical, physical help & those able to offer it. Prayer is our foundation; humbling & reminding each of us that it is God who is sovereign over all. It is the Holy Spirit who gives us breath & strength & Jesus who gave His life for our eternal salvation. "For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."(Matthew 6:13 KJV)

Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them (Matt. 18:19-20 KJV)

What? These online groups will be small e.g. 3-5 people who are in need of healing, overcoming a significant challenge and/or strengthening to endure.

When? TBD

Why? These meetings are an opportunity to
fellowship together with compassion as Jesus teaches.

Structure of meetings:
Topics of discussion include:
•Checking in
•What I am thankful to God for?
•What do I need prayer for?
•What is God asking of me?
•Share an act of faith such as:
praying out loud, reading scripture,
or reciting a Bible verse.

**We make an effort to divide our speaking time
equally among each participant in attendance.**
