Joshua 1:9

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong & courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9) ~ When I am resting still and silently, I do a meditation in which I imagine/remember and feel myself within the infinity of God. Like a organelle within a cell of the 'body' of God/Christ. Its a pretty cool way to connect with the creator of this universe especially when I'm not feeling well. Just as organelles follow the commands of their environment, all brought into being and orchestrated by the natural order of God, I'm like that also, following God's instructions being strong and courageous through difficulties. God's Way...

highlighting Bible verses I experience as healing and relevant for daily guidance. My journeys so far in life have been truly amazing. Chronic illness with ME/CFS, as difficult as it is, continues to take me wild and loving places for healing.

The past two years of flare up or progression has lead me to stop working as a RMT, coach & tutor. While much of my identity and purpose, wrapped up in work I absolutely love, is unraveling, I am becoming more clear this change is God’s Way of strongly nudging me into yet another phase of alignment. Being in an energy crisis on a daily basis, strikingly reveals to me how precious energy is. Every bit of energy we are given is divine, coming directly from God who holds the reins, guiding each of us to use our energy wisely. Imagine holding the reins of nearly 8 billion free-willed humans!

From necessity, curiosity and love, I have been orienting my energy to honour God by reading the Bible daily and listening carefully. Being a Christian for nearly forty years, the Bible has always been special and important, but only about a year ago in 2020, it came ALIVE to me! So much of the messages and words jump off pages and fit right into place like a key – a magically visceral, healing remedy. Thank God! Amen.
